Science and Engineering Fair of Houston

February 22-23, 2019
University of Houston, Main Campus

Since 1960, the Science and Engineering Fair of Houston (SEFH) has promoted the “learning and applications of science and technology” for Texas junior and senior high schools students in Houston and the surrounding 23-county area.  SEFH is a regional fair, associated with the INTEL International Science & Engineering Fair and is one of the largest pre-college STEM activities in the U.S. The contest offers three opportunities for students to enter: a Writing Contest, a Poster Contest, and a Science Fair Project Contest.

Individual deadlines can be found on the SEFH site, and the event schedule can be found here. You can register here.

For information on entering or questions, please visit the SEFH website. They also need volunteers!

Winning students will be recognized at the SEFH Awards Ceremony and will be invited to receive additional monetary awards at Energy Day Houston on October 19, 2019.
